My procedure experience was wonderful! Everyone was super helpful, patient, and kind. I arrived with my mom & fiancé (who waited in the waiting area). They took me back almost immediately after arriving and the surgeon spoke with me and explained everything that would go on along with the nurses and we went and got settled in the procedure room. I slept like a baby through my whole procedure so I don’t remember much of the surgery but I was not in any pain what so ever when I woke up. They explained how recovery at home would be. Definitely would recommend if you are looking to regrow your hair 🫶🏾 ❤️🙏2

FULL results are still TBA (it has only been a month so far)... but after meeting Michael, his team, the surgeons... basically everyone there, I felt comfortable immediately. The care I received was tremendous, both prior to, day of, and after the procedure. It wasn't a "must" thing for me to do, but after checking into it, I was so overwhelmed with the professionalism and kindness shown in that office... I decided it was worth it. People often make the decision for you. They made mine. Strong values, a friendly and easygoing atmosphere, and a verifiable track record of outstanding success and friends and colleagues of mine that used them and love them. I'm excited to see what's to come, but I have been in the best hands imaginable. NOW we're in June of 2022... several more months have passed, and the five stars would only grow if it were possible. Results have already been amazing, with more to come - hair looks better now than it has in a decade... the laser treatments have been excellent a few times a week also - and the communication and care from everyone at PAI is exquisite. So happy to be working with these guys and to have them in charge of my hair!

I went back a second time for another procedure, and the pleasant customer-friendly atmosphere/professionalism was consistent with what I expected from my first procedure. I must say a big thank you to Dr G, and the ladies that performed the transplant (he went over and beyond what was expected)! In addition, I also wanted to thank David for working through some scheduling issues, making sure I had all of the information that needed prior to the outpatient surgery, as well as removing my sutures! He is a true professional at his craft, and also a great resource if you are searching for a good book! All-in-all, if you are looking for an atmosphere and business area that you can feel confident in, and want wonderful results, look no further! This organization has been around for 20+ years for a good reason - they deliver the goods! I met with Michael at PAI 20 years earlier. Was not ready to do anything at that point about my hair loss. Fortunately, my hair loss was a very slow process. Over the years, I did investigate other places and procedures. This only confirmed for me that when the time was right, I would definitely go back to PAI. And when I did, I actually got to meet with Michael again! I made the decision that day to go forward with the process! My PAI team was incredible! Michael, David, Haley, Anna and of course Dr. G. were all phenomenal! The team stayed in close contact with me before, during and post procedure. Everything unfolded just as they had explained to me, putting me and keeping me at great ease throughout! It’s only a few weeks into post procedure, but I’m very excited. My family and friends are excited for me and have been very supportive! I highly recommend the PAI team if you are considering doing anything about your hair loss!
